Help Us Make This Year’s County Fair a Success!

The Campbell County Fair is right around the corner, and it’s one of the best times of the year to get out into our community, meet our neighbors, and share our vision for a better Wyoming.

We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help the Campbell County Democrats make a great impression, and we want you to join the team! Whether you have an hour to spare or want to help us manage the whole process, we have a spot for you.

How You Can Help

We need helping hands across all stages of the event:

• Planning: Help us brainstorm engagement ideas, create fun educational materials, and coordinate logistics before the fair begins.
• Setup: Join us as we transform our booth space into a welcoming home base for our community.
• Booth Shifts: This is our most important need! We are looking for friendly faces to staff our booth in shifts. This is a low-pressure, high-impact way to talk with community members, distribute information, and answer questions.
• Take Down: Help us pack up and ensure we leave our space better than we found it.

Campbell County Fair Booth Volunteer Sign-Up

The Campbell County Fair is right around the corner, and we are excited to have a strong, welcoming presence this year! A successful booth depends entirely on our incredible volunteers sharing their time to chat with neighbors, hand out information, and represent our local community. The vendor part of the fair runs from July 29th to August 1st at the Cam-Plex. Please let us know when you are available to help staff the booth, or how you can assist behind the scenes with setup and prep. Thank you for helping us show up strong!
